You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
SoberMeAI is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or medical professional. The AI responses are generated based on recovery literature and general conversational patterns. They are for informational and supportive purposes only. Do not use the App as a replacement for professional treatment. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fee. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or via the Paddle checkout page. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

The App, its design, content, and underlying code are owned by SoberMeAI. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoberMeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding six months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country of Sint Maarten, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
